How are the Mathildas I purchase on mathildashoes.com shipped?

Shipping costs are included in the product price. We ship internationally through DHL & GLS. 

Delivery Times

  • National orders within the peninsula will be delivered within a maximum of 3-5 business days, provided that stock is available at the time of purchase.
  • National orders outside the peninsula will be delivered within a maximum of 5-7 business days, provided that stock is available at the time of purchase.
  • International orders will be delivered within a maximum of 7-9 business days within the European Union and within 8-10 days for the rest, provided that stock is available at the time of purchase. These shipping times may vary during promotional or sale periods or in case of lack of stock in our warehouses, as well as for shipments to areas that involve customs clearance.

Shipping Conditions

It will be considered that the order has been delivered correctly by the DHL or GLS carrier, at the moment when the reception is signed at the established delivery address. To avoid delivery incidents such as incorrect or incomplete addresses, inability to find someone at the agreed-upon address, etc., it is essential to correctly fill out the purchase form, and it is recommended to provide a contact phone number. The customer is responsible for verifying at the time of delivery that the received merchandise is in good condition. Otherwise, they must refuse the delivery and immediately notify it to contacto@mathildashoes.com.

In the event of a claimed non-reception of the order by the customer, and in case of discrepancies between the traceability data of the order and the customer's statements, the records and delivery proofs of the carrier/postman will prevail over any statement on the part of the customer. Any delivery delay due to a breach of the customer's contractual obligations, especially those mentioned above, cannot lead to any refund or compensation in any way.
