Exchange and Return Policy

  • All returns will be shipped free of charge for the customer.
  • Mathildas offers a 30-day period from the receipt of the item for exchanges and returns.
  • In the case of a return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days. To process it, proof of payment and a document confirming the account ownership under the customer's name will be required. 

How to Make Exchanges and Returns

ONLINE

An exchange will be processed if you need a different size or model. To do so, you must send an email to contacto@mathildashoes.com as soon as possible to avoid stock shortages, but always within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the product. Please include your order number and your decision to change the size or model. The exchange must be made in the original packaging, without any defects or damage to either the packaging or the product to be exchanged.

IN-STORE 

Products purchased in physical stores can be exchanged for a voucher or another model.

Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and wrapped in their packaging, with all related accessories, instruction booklets, warranties, labels, protective covers, or boxes.
  • Products purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned in stores or on the Mathildas website.
