How are the Mathildas purchased in www.mathildashoes.com delivered?
Delivery costs are included in the price of the product. For international deliveries, we use DHL.
- National orders for within mainland Spain are delivered in 3-5 working days provided the product is in stock at the moment of purchase.
- National orders for outside mainland Spain are delivered in 5-7 working days provided the product is in stock at the moment of purchas
- International orders for the EU are delivered in 7-9 working days and for other destinations in 8-10 working days, provided the product is in stock at the moment of purchase. These delivery times may vary during promotions or sales or out-of-stock situations in our warehouses, and also in cases when customs clearance is required.
It will be understood that the order has been correctly delivered by the transport company/DHL delivery when reception of the order is signed at the agreed delivery address. In order to avoid incidences in delivery such as incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, nobody available to receive the order at the address, the delivery form must be correctly completed, and it is highly recommended to provide a contact telephone number. The customer is held responsible for checking at the time of delivery the correct condition of the merchandise. If this is not the case the customer should refuse the delivery and notify immediately email@example.com.
If the customer declares non-reception of the order, in case of discrepancy between the traceability data of the order and the statements of the customer, the records, and proof of delivery of the transport company/postal service will prevail. Any delay in delivery due to the breach by the customer of his contractual obligations, especially those already mentioned, will not give any right to return the product or any type of compensation.
